OUR WAY OF WORKING
Direct access.
Judgement.
Execution.
Shared decisions, clear communication and an agreed scope from the outset.
If the market does not support the price, we explain why with evidence, comparables and real feedback.
Buy-side · Identify, analyse, acquire+
We define investment criteria, source direct and off-market opportunities, assess fit and coordinate diligence, structuring and negotiation through closing.
Sell-side · Position, present, close+
Valuation and positioning, teaser and documentation, buyer search, confidential presentation, NDAs, data room and negotiation.
Our process, in six stages+
1. Mandate and objectives. 2. Documentation and preparation. 3. Market and comparables. 4. Controlled counterparty access. 5. Feedback, offers and negotiation. 6. Due diligence, signing and execution.
Capabilities connecting the three areas+
Legal judgement, an investor’s perspective and transactional execution. Financial modelling, investment documentation, capital search, contractual coordination and operational analysis, alongside specialist advisers where appropriate.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Practical questions.
Clear answers.
What does a mandate include?+
From one specific phase to broader coordination. We agree scope, deliverables, responsibilities and timing in the engagement letter. We also clarify which decisions belong to the client and which specialists need to be involved. Each party therefore knows what information to provide, what work to expect and how progress will be reviewed.
How are fees structured?+
Depending on the work: preparation fees, retainers, milestone payments and a success fee. Terms are agreed privately to align interests; there is no fixed published tariff. The proposal specifies what triggers each payment, which services it covers and how external costs are treated. The structure depends on scope and required effort and is reviewed before work begins.
How long does a process take?+
It depends on complexity, documentation and counterparties. A sale may be organised into phases of around two to four months each. This is indicative, not a closing commitment. Information availability, decision-making and legal or financial review can shorten or extend the timetable. We therefore distinguish preparation, counterparty contact and execution, with progress milestones.
Do you only work on large transactions?+
No. The usual reference range is €3–8M, with experience beyond it. Fit, opportunity quality and a clear contribution matter most. We also consider situations requiring a focused contribution: preparing information, assessing an opportunity or coordinating a phase. Size alone does not determine whether we can add value.
Who do you work with?+
Owners, families, entrepreneurs, private investors, family offices, funds, developers, builders and operators. We collaborate with lawyers, tax advisers, architects, engineers, banks and servicers. The team depends on the transaction. The partners remain directly involved and coordinate their contribution with the professionals needed at each stage.
How do you protect confidentiality?+
Anonymised initial presentations, confidentiality agreements and controlled information access for qualified counterparties. Documentation is shared progressively according to the stage and demonstrated interest. Public information on this website is a selection of references, not an open offer for the assets described.
